The Word Disciple means follower. At First
Christian Church one of our goals is to follow Christ and to become more
like him. That effort is called
Discipleship.
On this page are listed several of the ways we approach the task of
Discipleship.
SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

Infants and toddlers. (Nursery is also open during
10:30 am worship).
BEGINNERS –

PRIMARY-

DURING
WORSHIP

Little
Lambs Church
is
for potty-trained preschoolers and meets
during the 10:30 Worship service. In that time preschoolers are
allowed to enjoy and relate to familiar things while they learn about God, His Son Jesus and the church. Little Lambs are
brought into the sanctuary for the Children's Sermon.
Children’s Church
is for Kindergarten-3rd grade. Children participate in
Worship service until after Children’s Sermon when they leave the sanctuary
for age appropriate Bible study.
Little Lambs Fellowship
is
for potty-trained preschoolers. They meet on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30
p.m. to 5:15 p.m. during the school year. (Children are picked
up from the Mountain Home schools.)
The children meet in our
fellowship hall for a healthy after-school snack, enjoy outside recreation
in our play yard, and participate in Bible based story time, crafts and
music. Your child will experience God’s story in fresh, fun and meaningful
ways while building a forever friendship with Jesus. Enrollment is always
open!
